Thanks for the advice chaps. I've only ever used redex from time to time. Asking about it seems the consensus (easiest) is using better grade diesel. Local to me I have the usual supermarkets, asda, tesco, Morrisons. Any preference?

Another quick one folks, I'm wanting to mount my spare on the roof rack. I understand the difficulties of getting it up and down etc. Funds not available for a swing away carrier but the wheel needs to come off the back door as it's too heavy. Any suggestions on securing said wheel? Thanks again
