Afternoon all, I'm replacing the UJ on the back of the front prop shaft and cant seem to get the prop to transfer box and prop to diff bolts off, my spanner just keeps slipping and i dont want to round the heads off. Tried heating them up with no joy. Any advice on this and has anyone else...

Depends if you want a permenant feature or not really. A 200tdi doesnt have a cat convertor so as far as im aware there is no legalities regarding emiisions and its not overly loud so dont think there is any for noise. For a permenant feature you could put a straight pipe in,(available on ebay...

Right, thanks for that sean, i bought that one off ebay, it screws on fine, however it catches on the top hose going from the engine to the radiator. Does this mean the fan is wrong? Or might i just have to trim the fins down a few cm's but will this effect performance of the fan. Any advice...

Im no expert at all, but the smoke i cant help with but as for it cutting out if youve cleaned the fuel pipes, sounds a bit like air in the fuel, could be air getting in from the fuel lines or somewhere that youve taken off, id have a good look at all the connections. Someone please correct me...
