+1 for the poor communication are you using a USB adapter thus could be your problem it could be the socket under the dash loose wire or corrosion. What happened that it stopped working? I've had a few issues recently to get mine working

It's OK I have a spare rebuild kit just in case and I think I have the hang of it all now.

Have driven her up and down the drive a few times as we were extending the driveway and the suspension is still working whoop whoop. It goes up and down OK so booked in for the mot on Wed fingers crossed the fail list isn't to long lol

Really tightening the bolts is the only thing I did differently on the last rebuild and check over plus using the old o ring for the diaphragm. So Monday I'm booking her in for a n mot so a whole load of other prob lol

Dono just happy it's working I've replaced all washers in valve block and pump. Think I hadn't tightened up the bolts for diaphragm and that may not of helped.

Not much of an update but I've fixed the drivers door check strap. And hopefully finally fixed the suspension.
