Sadly I went way past the 2 weeks, due to work. I've had the green light from the girlfriend now, that I'm allowed it at home :) so work should progress on now quite quickly!

I decided the bulk head was to far gone, so I now have bought a nice galvanised one, from Andover land rovers. Photos to follow shortly.

Hi, Sorry for the delay in replying. front seats are average condition - grey from memory -£15 the pair Inlet and exhaust manifold will be available soon, I don't want to sell any engine bits, until I have established which bits I need from swapping engines. It's an f-reg vogue auto 5 door...

I've pop riveted and used the plastic clips, out of the two methods I would say plastic clips all day long, once you have the first 2 in, it's plain sailing. Pop riveting was a really pain and took ages!

Well, I didn't remotely make 2 weeks! I have however taken a different tack to this project and now I have time back on my side I will update as I go. So far this week, I ordered a galvanised bulk head, bought a 300 tdi discovery as my doner and a county rear tub! Let's see what happens now :)

Door bottoms getting stripped out ready for new bottoms today and dents tapped out and filled. As you can see, there is not much left of the bottom of the doors!

I'm actually not to sure how far it will go, to be honest. The chassis is very good, so I will be restoring everything except that and axles :) I'm going to have a go at painting it myself!
