On a simliar note, I fitted me sliders at the weekend and the Bulkhead bolts where an absolute arse, ended up watching my ratchet explode all over the drive, so I treated myself to a nice 24" Breaker bar, what a lovely thing it is made light work of the buggers, no more using a jack handle slid...

Couldny get mine out, even with lots of ****ting with my 'persuader'.......took the steering damper off instead....no problem

Looks like it's definatley something to do with the pivot arm/pushrod, as pedal moves freely when the slave is disconnected.......... Can't see how or why the pivot may have been dislodged, may have to be a tow the local Landy Man as I int avin the gearbox out meself:(
