Its a RR P38 2000 2.5 Diesel.

This symbol pops up when i am driving, and i take my foot off the accelerator the engine then "cuts-out"/loses power momentarily and then regains power if i place my foot on the accelerator again. Can anyone tell me what this symbol means and if there is a fix... any help appreciated.
