i think im right in saying the solid parcel shelf is from a three door and the roller type is for a 5 door. I think the solid one is so people cant go through ya boot if you have the roof off it? dunno if im right though!

we have a dog....well a chihuahua :rolleyes: and i must admit he actaully loves being in the back of the freelander with the window slightly down :-) we also have the plastic boot liner and he does slide all over the place however his cushion with some stitched on velcro and the the other part...

i would second that, when I first got my freelander I noticed that filter and presumed the same but as James said one end is left open to the air. I just cable tied the filter so it wasnt flapping around.

only thing i would add, i bought a similar one and noticed a slight leak where the egr bypass buts up against the plastic part so a £1 sheet of cork gasket was bought and fitted.....now there is no leak. BONUS.

wilkinsons is cheap for the 2 stroke 2.88 for 600ml bottle.

So at the vacuum pump. A little bit of persuading (pulling hard) should get it to shift?

Yes got the 4mm pipe. Got it from dph derby for a couple of quid. Like I say I know having the bypass on makes the vacuum pipes obsolete but hey if I can change them to look like the silicone pipes I got then I will :) I'll have another look later on. Cheers chaps

No problem Singvogel. Are they attached or just pushed on. I can feel the end I the vacuum but don't fancy pulling it to hard in case it breaks anything :)

Singvogel just a quick one. I bought some of the silicone tubing for the vacuum pipe. The one that goes to the egr. Where does the other end finish? I had a look this morning but couldnt see as it goes under the egr bypass. Also where does the vacuum pipe from the t piece go to also. Just want...

Hi mate. I went with 215/80/15 on mine. Got the falken at on mine. Got them fro Camskill for about 250 quid for 5 last year. But I would have gone for Bfgs if I had a bottomless pocket :)

been running mine for about 2 weeks using wilkinsons 2 stroke and it is abit quieter and hopefully coupled with a service should be as good as it can be.

I'm off to wilkinsons tomorrow to get some 2 stroke then a fill up. I have a bit of a misfire at 2000 revs so I'm hoping this, some new hoses and a maf test might shed some light on it :cool2:

Ah right got ya. I have the bypass but the vacuum pipe is cable tied on and looks a bit rubbish. :)
