Thanks Alan, No, the red light on the fob has never lit up! I would like to get this working, as apart from the trip computer everything on the motor works well! Think new fobs are the way forward but not keen on the price especially if I find there is more of an issue than just the fobs...

Should just add, all sorted now thanks to a very nice RAC patrol man! Was just a linkage to the dead lock come off! All things sorted apart from the clips on the door card, why do they break instead of un clipping :mad: Cheers Mark

No, nothing is happening apart from indicator lights flashing with alarm engaging/disengaging. Cheers Mark

I can do many things but multi meters and vehicle wiring is not one of them!

Right, dimmer on dash brightens the lumious numbers if that helps but neither of the 2 buttons do anything!

Not certain, i have never tried it in the dark! Oddly when i did try it in daylight i didnt think it did much but wasnt certain!

Message centre tells me if doors are open and warns of headlight delay if i turn engine off prior to turning lights off!

Hi all, Had my P38 3 weeks now and done about 600 miles! Loving it at the moment! My question is though, on the indicator stalk there are two buttons, one has a bell on it which im assuming is to do with the alarm, the other has an i (information im guessing) but my manual has little...
