no throttle response occasionally when hard accelerating on motorway, lift off and back on it was ok.my local landy independent told me this while on the motorway while plugged in.if i remember it was a plain brown box.

it looked new as it was clean with no marks wrapped in wax paper in original box, i fitted it, i did markings but they were a little different when i got it set up.

that sounds exactly like my problem with a little hanging in the revs aswell, the actuator is a new one that is currently on £330 worth, old actuator is definitely going on tomorrow and ill let you know.

yes it was running fine till then, idle was a bit lumpy but ive put that down to a leaking injector, as its not lumpy now, ill phone BP station to ask if anybody else has a problem.

wont rev past 2000rpm static with grey smoke, no smoke on tick over.

all is healthy on the spill pipes, injectors etc ticks over really well, it will rev to 2000 no more,no warning on dash, it seems as if the turbo is not working at all.

pipe from manifold to fuel filter has been replaced newish in tank pump turbo pipes are fine cant see it being duff fuel as it ticks over the best its been since ive owned it, since replacing injector. fuel looked clean when i emptied fuel from old filter into a tub. thanks so far.

thanks wammers it was as you expected had to rewire 4 injector gave it a bit more length so i could move it well out of the way runs well now no plooms of smoke :). ive ordered some bosch plugs and will replace when sciatica eases off
