I'm going to waxoyl the inside of my chassis but the spray gun attachment is only about half a meter long. Are there any natural injection points along the chassis or do I need to put a couple of drill holes in then fit a bung when it's done?

I'm sure if your mate knew you were posting this on an open forum he wouldn't be your mate for much longer. This could cost him his job and possibly criminal charges as well. If he tells you sommat in confidence then keep it that way.

Anyone got pics of how best to do this. I have fabricated some of the internal top corner and need to weld in the prefab outer piece and I need to know if it only needs spot welded or completely welded all round. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

What's wrong with gasless welding? I found it worked well outside when welding my chassis. A bit hard to see at times granted, but ok when you get used to it.

Are the about m16 size thread?

Sorry probably got the wrong name for them. It's the steering stop bolts on the front hubs that I'm referring to. Cheers.

You may well be able to use bigger than 130 but when I bought mine anything over that did not come with a plug attached and needed hard wired into the mains. Not being an electrician I decided not to risk it and potentially burn my house down. Good luck with what ever you get tho.

I found the gas less to be hard to see when welding due to the flux burning off. Had to guess where I was going a few times lol. Makes for good solid welds tho.:)
