Maybe. I figured the drain on the battery by the hazards was pretty low? The remote switch provides 12v, so was just going to feed this to the hazards. Why so? Battery drain? I think the battery can run the FBH and hazards for a bit longer than while my car is warming up....?

Can't help I'm afraid, but if you do get confirmation, please do post back on here. I fancy a Parrot kit, but none of the fitters/installers I've spoken to want to go near the Becker/Harmon Kardon kit because of the added complication of the external amp.

I've got the Simbar rack too. Only problem is the bracket on mine is rusting away where the paint has been worn off by putting on and removing the rack.

Mine has done this intermitently since I got it - hasn't got any worse, so have just left it, as above though, would be interesting to know what it is.

I moved in the other direction, from an E46 330ci to my FL. Good luck with it, was a nice (if thirsty) car. Loved the interior and toys, hated the MV2 wheels which buckled regularly and (on mine) failing electrics.

Anything that helps flood the market with good used FL2s can only be a good thing to me. I'm considering an FL2 in the spring.

We tried to get across the Peaks last night (Holme Moss if you're a local), but found the road blocked by other stuck cars. Lots of cars struggling on the way down, I just turned on HDC and cruised the whole way down. Great system.
