What is the coolant capacity of a td5 disco and is gp3 antifreeze ok at 50/50 mix ?

Managed at last, locked the pulley using a curved spanner between two of the 10mm bolts and top of crank pulley.

Td5 disc 2, having a nightmare trying to get this undone. !!

Which way do I turn the viscous fan nut to undo it. ??? I've a spanner on it and tried a sharp knock turning the nut clockwise. Is this a left hand thread nut ??

Behind my front bumper is a tube cross member fastened in with two bolts either side through the end of the chassis legs. What part number is this and what is it called ???? Cheers
