I'm replacing my rear lights and would like to know what's involved to replace the fog lights with the round ones. Do these cover up the existing holes already in the corner cappings ?? Thanks.

I need to replace my rear body cappings on my 110 van defender. I see that the replacements are different to 90 ones as they are in two sections. My question is how do i join the side cappings to the rear corner cappings ? Thankyou

600hp depending what performance parts. This replica is set to make a world record later this year but with the look of the original car in the 1920's but powered by the latest Cummins 6B.

Got myself a 110 defender and need to replace the rear cross member as far as to include the mounts that the anti roll bar fasten too. Is this a matter of removing the fuel tank and do everything else in situ underneath ? Any advice and experience welcome. cheers

From the picture i have a bad area of rust that looks to be filled by a previous owner. Can someone advise how to repair/replace this section ?

.....No idea but suppose with 5 cylinders would produce more heat. Having changed my radiator for a new one and removed the fan to do so just wondering my options?!?! Standing in traffic for a long time would cause the engine to overheat none the less.

How many people have a TD5 without any Engine cooling fan ? I'm hearing off people that have removed the mechanical fan and have no issues with overheating.

Just fitted tonight a new fan belt and tensioner, it's a britpart tensioner but discovered after fitting that moving it back in order to fit the belt it's not spring loaded, it just stays where it is. Letting go this should push against the belt correct ??
