Can someone please advise what the two holes in each of my wings are for?

How difficult is it to fit new skins, is it just a matter of bending back the edges ?

I'm rebuilding my front doors and replacing the window guide felt / inserts. Rather than use screws can you glue these in instead ? If so what glue ?

Can someone help me out in identifying the relays behind and underneath the fuse box on a 1996 defender 200tdi ?

Still building up my defender, can some post a pic of the p108 fuse box location on 300tdi defender. Think it's under the bonnet but not sure what it looks like ?? Thanks.

With a newly repaired bulkhead fitted and a box of bits for a dash. I now need to know which the sequence to fit all the dash parts ? Anyone help me out please ?

Does anyone have pictures of how the wiring harness is clipped to the bulkhead before the dash is installed they could share please ?

I need to source some 90 rear springs, 2" lift but with at least 300kg - 500kg extra capacity. Advise where I can get these ?

Aaron, here's a pic of a ZF 5-42 with a top gear linkage, not sure where these are sourced from but maybe I can find out.

I'm concerned about weight, My front springs are 2" lift and an extra 100kg but no good for a cummins engine that's over 3 times the weight of a 300tdi.

Newer 4 cylinder engine maybe at 750lbs in weight 4.5 litre ? Electronic so a little more to sort out such as throttle.

I have an option to have a Cummins Engine for my Defender project, I was thinking of a 6BT Mechanical or should I go for a newer Electronic Engine such as a 4 Cylinder Euro 3 or newer ? Gear box ZF 5-42.

I've bought a second hand tank for my 110 300tdi the fuel return option on the top isn't an option as the hole for the flange return pipe isn't there. Take it I can just use the efi return inside on the side of the tank ?
