Not quite a brick wall but instant power loss until it gets down to 50, a bit scary if you are halfway past a lorry then need to slot back behind it. If I try and go faster it feels like the throttle isn't doing anything, if I ease off a bit then I can get up to 60 by easing the throttle down...

ok, replaced the thermostat and anti freeze and it warms up nicely now, almost to the half way mark. Heater working much better now too. bit of a bugger getting the pipes back onto the new thermostat, resorted to jubilee clips rather than the pipe clips that were there.
