i had the same problem, the clip thing opended up and wasnt allowing me enough pressure to put in lock. took it off had it welded up and have never looked back !

have just done it. then going to put some more on tomoro. ready for friday. thanks again mate.

thanks for that guys. well the turbo ceased and blew oil all over the head so there shud be enough oil already soaked in there as it was sat for a week nackerd lol. haha thankyou

ive changed the fuel filter. not sure wat the sedimenter actually is., egr is blanked. intercooler been flushed when i changed the turbo., need to try and find the sedimenter.

hiya mate, i got same problem but i know its the linkage and the 13mm nut, however the metal bit that the rod goes through seems to have snapped. does anyone know a part number for this ?? and is there an easer way to get to it??
