My tyres say they should be tubed. What is the lowest pressure I can run them at when off roading without risk of them popping off the rim?

When I replaced the tyres on my Series 3 with some mud tyres I didn't run any tubes in them as the tyres that were in them to start with wern't tubed. I lowered the pressure down to 25psi and managed to have a tyre pop off the rim when off roading. I'm assuming I'm going to have to run...

It was an accident, didn't drive through any locked gates or fences. Started off on a legal by way but ended up at a wind farm. I'm not sure I want to post my photos now, your all to miserable :p
