Ready for flatting later on today, both panels have come out really nicely

A bit of panel beating was required on the deck panel to ease out some shallow dents rather than use filler, the lower tailgate and scuttle panel are both ready to paint now :)

That looks like a pre airbag one and they're slightly different, i think there's probably dozens of those on old Rangies. Cheers for looking Stu :)

Should look even better once we attack it with a polishing mop, we've only given it a bit of a wipe over so it's pretty grubby really. we cleaned up the tops of the rear quarters with some cutting paste before the windows went in as the seals overlap onto the panels :) The front grill has...

Thanks Will. A few more pics :) I'm cleaning the side/indicator units as the insides were quite grubby and new headlights are on order. Looks like i shall have to make a custom tow eye as mines missing, apparently they're different on the soft dash

Good effort in this cold weather

Fitted a known alternator from another soft dash and it works fine, the local repair shop can't see whats wrong with mine so i've ordered a new one. Wiper linkage has cleaned up well, its rust free and now powder coated satin black. The doors were fitted to make life easier during the move to...

Looks great Adam, especially with the colour coded 3 spokes I think the plastic outer sills need a clean though :D

Cheers Adam, if we plug the tacho in the non charging light comes on, not sure if it is the alternator at fault yet but i'll find out pretty soon.

It's back on the original wheels now so looks much better :) Have an issue with the alternator so i dropped that off yesterday to be checked over. Brakes are bled up so bar the alternator glitch we have a fully functioning vehicle, bar the stereo :)
