Personally I'd consider yourself lucky that your cam has lasted 73'000 miles. Mine where fubared after 66'000, and I've even heard of them wearing out after a little over 30'000 miles.

Maybe I'm just a retard, but whats the bloody trick fro removing all three bolts to the pullys? Once you get to the third bolt, there is nothing to help grip the pully, hold it in place o get the last bolt off. I've even tried wedging a drift in there, but to no avail.
