check all intercooler pipes for chafing cut's split's etc....... If you heard a hiss, then a lack of power my first instinct would be to check all turbo related vacuum pipes for splits/perished blown off....... Good way of checking your turbo is boosting is get a mate to give it a good rev and...

Also make sure the abs sensor locating holes are thooughly clean and that the sensors are fully seated with no excessive air gaps.....

All your ecu will do is set itself to a default value which will flag no mil lamp but get you where you need to go..... how many pins does your maf sensor plug have on it???

Have a peek and see how long it takes for the glow plug lights to go out befoe start up.....
