Well I use one in ine when camping and im still here. Couldnt see if it was fixed down why it wouldnt work. Re Carbon Monoxide poisoning I'm yet to find a none drafty land rover so if there is any i guess it gets sucked out much like when they are used in a tent??? But thats just me I guess
