Will having it on the loading position have the same affect as having a door open?

Yes is all connected properly, will try leving the door open then trying it. Am going to get one of them tyre valve emergency bypass kits

Evening all, my dads p38 has has an eas problem for the last 18 months and hasn't moved since. It was the compressor at fault as the bearing had failed. Changed it and cleared the code, fired it up left it for few mins and is still on bump stops, no air getting to the bags. I tried it manually...

I do have the window switch but no sunroof

Am based in Northampton, seats are manual cream leather. Still got steering wheel, no audio controls tho

Can you read/clear codes for the hevac with the hawkeye?

On looking at my alternator I spotted a 2 pin plug and socket disconnected, looks like it goes towards the injection pump and runs with the alternator loom. Any ideas?? Have reconnected it n noticed no difference

Also I've got a 1996 4.0v8 that I'm breaking as it suffered with a small engine bay fire, could I swap the diff with no issues or just swap the back axle?

Mines making a bit of a whine but its constant so I'm thinking more bearing than the diff, should change the noise either under load or coasting shouldn't it. 1997 170k DSE Any help wud be appreciated

I've tried to search this but doesn't add up. I've had alternator fault pop up every now and again but hasn't affected anything till today, heard a clicking in drivers door, message centre flicking between mileage n saying door open, eas playing up by not going up or down but lights working...

Is there anyone with diagnostics round he northampton area? It starts off warm then few mins later book appears then goes cold, strange one. Don't think it's a blend motor issue, maybe interior temp sensor? Air con does work n blow cold, it's a 1997 DSE :D

Filled up my p38 DSE yesterday for a trip to Newcastle. Took £93 65 litres from light being on and being between empty line n first one. Do I have sender issues? Does show fuel gauge fault very now n then. I'd brimmed it but didn't show full on the dash, also 3/4 of a tank to 230 miles...

if your planning on keeping your derv rangie id get it chipped or a tuning box. makes a hell of a difference
