How do you know it has no pressure? If the guage is not reading at all it is probably something with the guage. Does the engine sound good or is it knocking loudly?

If you are taking about the heater blower than it sounds like the resistor for the blower is gone. It is usually on the blower and is just a flat chip that plugs into it somewheres. If you not talking about heat...than I don't have a clue.

Any of you guys use block heaters in the winter when temps get low? Its alot easier on your diesels than a cold start. If you don't mind being hard on them just give them a shot of ether in the air intake before starting. Both are alot less work and money than replacing glowplugs that don't need it.

I don't know about Mot, but if you mix bar and chain oil with diesel fuel and spay the underside once a year it will stop the rust from spreading. Tack a piece of metal over the hole and seal with silicone should be all you need for a fix.
