gonna try that now, iv found out which relay it is also , so if no joy i can change it:) fingers crossed.

its a ****e job when its this cold! but me mate is one of those sicko types who actually like doing trim jobs! dash is completly out already. its just before i replace the whole blower id rather replace the relay! just need to find out which one it is. cheers. j

where abouts fella? cant see one on the heater box? only relays i can see are behind the kick panel. anyone got a haynes piccy or diagram they could post up for me :) aint got a disco manual as kind of got this one as a doner for me 110 and its just too good to break! so im keepin it as well :)...

just got a 1990 carb v8 disco and the fan blower aint working! iv taken the dash out,which was fun! but iv got suspicions its the relay thats at fault? as far as im aware its one of the many behind the kick panel, but which one? any one know which one it is???????? cheers.j

yeah thats about right! main reason for swapping to v8, may as well get the performance and noise of the eight for similar mpg out the td!

the td is going :) gonna put a proper engine in the 110 now as iv just got a low mileage v8 disco to rape for its major organs :) any one done this conversion who can give any pointers? gonna have to use the disco gearbox a, coz i got it and b, coz its sweet as a nut. will the gearbox fit...

did you ever do that boost diaphragm? thats what sorted mine out :) same symtoms and new lift pump did nowt to mine.

go for it fella, iv never looked back. disco went for a 110sw and yes they are completely different beasts in comfort etc plus heater works in a disco! but defenders just feel right and your not so worried bout knockin them etc. much easier to work on and mod. dunno bout trouble fittin in them...

scared the **** out of her self when the rear screen exploded bless er, and she was convinced shed damaged me motor :) apart from that the misses might not of been impressed :)

not very fast at all, its just made of **** all :) think she was trying to get it in to gear properly or something? and wasnt concerntrating. to be honest you can press the steel and it moves! frightninly ****e construction. i did mutter should a got a landy as she sobbed into me shoulder :)...

is it my imagination or has that thing got two sunroofs?? looks like it in one shot. bloody cheap mind.
