mine was chuffing out the breather but iv just done a full head rebuild on it and reground the valves n did the valve seals, now it dont chuff at all. worth a look :)

is it in normal driving? or under load? climbing hills etc. i say this as i had a problem with mine getting hot on hills , loss of power and temp rising. timing belt change sorted it out as injector pump timing was slightly off. worth a look fella.

finally have a healthy running 110 again :) managed to repair the cold start valve using a bolt from an old bed. couple hours with the dremel and sorted :) saved me self £150 as thats what i was quoted for new part. takes a little fiddlin to get it set but you can do it by ear tbh only pain is...
