I've the same ones as singvogel, foundry 4x4 are the company to buy from. I'm getting mine fitted shortly. Don't buy cheap parts as its bit worth it.

So under normal road only driving the freeby is basically front wheel drive with no power going to the back wheels. If the fronts slip then the VCU will shear a bit sending power towards the back until it no longer shears. Right? Is there a upper limit then of how much shear/power will go to...

I may be pulling this figure out of the air but I thought freebys ran a 90/10 split for on road driving with this changing as front wheels lost grip and power got fed backwards. Is there really no known proper figure for the distribution of power bias for the car?

Mine was used once a week by my dad for his 40mile commute. Kept it happy, I did wash the car, roof as well when I had my foot in cast. I was bored so out came the hose etc haha.

Before adding additives and such, what fuel are you using? Shell/BP or supermarket stuff? I know my td4 runs like crap, idles and smokes like a tratter if run on morrisons etc. Shell and BP make the engine smoother and less tratter like.
