the ecu has to pedal maps, the engine and throttle are more sensitive in hi range, try unpluging the hi / lo sensor, it will have alot longer throttle pedal
i have a factory fitted roll cage and bulkhead bar in my 90. the whole of the bulkhead has been removed from new, would be quiet a job and to get it to look nice.
as for bolts just put bzp 8.8's in there
have a good look at the chassis number, front offside dumb iron.
another good way to check is that all plastic molded bits have a production date on them, normally a round indiction. check a few plastic parts and see if it adds up

are threre any leaks, crawl underneath the back and get you hand up around the tank connections. they rub through and the steel connectors corrade. the pipes also rub through at the rear and at the front on the chassis. check for diesel on the chassis at the...
yes, switch ignition on. depress throttle pedal 5 times fully untill the mill light flashes and the pump starts. let it do it's purging routine until finished and no gurgling, do it again if you wish. start it up!
