    Where do these wires go?

Hi, I have checked the three fuses behind the glove box and the one 8n the engine bay. All have continuity and light a test lamp on both legs. The transmission control module is the only one I cannot communicate with. The pcm, tccm, abs module, dsc, sls and a few other modules all throw a code...

    Where do these wires go?

I can do that, although the fault existed prior to application of the grease

    Where do these wires go?

I'm not sure, it was recommended by automotive store. Either way, I have no communication with TCM when I had cleaned the contacts prior to trying the grease. Car was fine prior to stripping it for rear belt so it is something that I have disturbed.

    Where do these wires go?

L320 TDV6 2008 Have just replaced hpfp belt. Disconnected all the harnesses at the tccm and pcm to make access easier. Have put it all back together and lost communication with the tcm. All contacts for the three plugs on the tccm are clean and corrosion free. I have also cleaned them with...

    +3 lift springs

Hi, as title really. I am looking for a set of +3" lift springs. I am aware of the problems associated with such a lift and people's different opinions on such a lift. Does anyone know of +3 springs with a similar spring rate to standard without going custom made. Car is a tray back 300 tdi

    J*** pjt

Hi, thanks, it has recently had 12 months rent in the windscreen so I assume it is still insured and can't be in too bad condition to tax for a whole year. Cannot contact the men in black, seem quite illusive. Anyone have their details? :-)

    Good news :-)

I will post some pics over the weekend some time. Getting the mot is so rewarding after putting the effort in. Makes me really want to knuckle down and get my trayback finished

    Good news :-)

I recently acquired an M registered 300 tdi. It was in good mechanical condition bar a cam belt, good service and rear discs and pads. However it failed its mot mainly on rust. (Everywhere) I paid £350 for it, dragged it back to the workshop. The rear floor was replaced a year ago, but...

    Disco Tray back build

Very nice build mate. I am building a trayback, i'm about a year in to the project, the body is still off the chassis. I Like the way you built the back end of the cab. I built a frame using 25 x 50mm box then fixed the sheet steel to that. i have used a sliding window from an LDV convoy...

    Breaking

So because something is advertised on ebay for x amount, that means it WILL sell for that amount? I have looked on ebay, ad trader, gum tree etc. I have done research, this is part of it. Hell i thought the idea of forums amongst other reasons was to ask people their views with knowledge on...

    Breaking

Cheers Mozz. I have a workshop i can fit about ten cars in so breaking it isn't an issue as such and i have broken cars before so know the score, just having never broken one of these i dont know what to expect. It is in reasonable condition, bar where i hit a post with the back bumper. It...

    Breaking

So anybody got any proper advice? i see the car value is about £850, with current mot, although finding a buyer at moment will be tough, so is it likely to break for this sort of money? All major components are in excellent condition. Anybody have experience in this?
