Mine never had hazard lights until I purchased a cheap set of LED flashers from China through Eblag. I didn't like the idea of being broken down on the side of the road without some sort of warning to others. I might fit a rear fog light at some point.

Discovered that the engine in my S3 isn't from a defender but from a 90. Who knew there was a difference? That's ritorical btw. :eek::p

It transpired that the problem was a loose jubilee near the tank. I bought it like that ( one of the reasons it was cheap-ish). I was told it was from an '86 defender 90 engine. That's what I order the spares as. So now I'm proper confused. Anyway I should have just used this;

Touché This is where my knowledge bows down to a greater power :) I have a defender engine in mine so perhaps my issue was unique. I had to bleed the pump and then No3 injector.

But I'm assuming it has given that it has ran a few times.

I reckon you'd get £800 on EBlag. It's a rh drive and there's always someone with a V5 knocking about in a dark corner. Not from me I might add. But someone would. Might be better to guess if we saw the interior.

Did you bleed it after installing the new filter? Crack off the injectors and turn it over in 5 second bursts to check there is diesel at the injectors. Be prepared though for draining the battery and keep the turning over short so as not to wear the starter. The engine might start and run...

I'd agree. If the chassis and bulkhead are solid it could be worth up to £1200. You'd probably have to do the UK registration change though.

Blocked fuel filter? Air in the fuel line? Faulty lift pump? Are you getting fuel to the injectors when you turn over the engine?
