i have the raptor dash too , nice strong bit of kit

mine used to overheat, so i fitted an electric fan on a switch and put a new rad in. since putting the new rad in the fan is not really needed

Can anyone help me out with what resistor i should use and where to get one from. My new electric fan thermo switch has two settings 88-83, 92-87 for the 88-83 i want the fan to spin slower prob 3/4 speed. the fan is 12v 120w around 10A i think i worked it out as 0.6ohm i need to put in, but...

i should be ok for it , just finishing up my electric fan, thermostatic switch isn't work right yet

Fitted new rad and an electric fan today to my 90

i might be up for some, but waiting for a new rad. started fitting my electric fan and noticed that the rad was wet down one side. it should turn up today

Yeah i've seen them on demontweeks that have a variable setting, don't like the kenlowe ones where you suff the sensor done the top tube

i wanted it so i can order one of those inline thermostat holder for an electric fan, but i'm at work

does anyone know the size of the top rad hose on a defender 200tdi

yeah it runs fine, heater inside blows nice and hot, just a bit worried as people say they should run cold ish and mines creeping up near the 100deg mark on full wack on the motorway.
