    Won't need 300 injectors as they are the wrong size. The boost diaphragm and the small boost pin (Dowell'd Cam) not sure if I've put that back right, but thinking of it I can double check it's right by looking at the old pump.

    Hi all, my 200tdi injection pump is leaking diesel, so iv managed to buy a 2nd hand pump but its a 300tdi , they are both discovery pumps. Is it a straight swap, or are there any mods I will have to do. Thanks

    The oil pressure switch was changed , as I noticed it had been pulled half off by the steering arm. Now the oil light stays on that spilt second too long. Should I be worried. Series 3 convertion. Haven't long put it in.

    No it looks fine. When I was changing the timing belt I locked the Fuel pump, but by mistake undid the big centre nut.

    All I did was take the nut off, with the pin in place, then put it back on. So it's ####ed , even tho I didn't take the pin out. Sorry if I sound dull, iv never done this before .

    I think iv mite have f@cked my timing up. I'm changing the timing belt but noticed water behind the timing case, so i took the cam timing gear off and the pump gear off, but I undid the nut on the gear. But the timing pin was left in place. In now put it back. But is it to late?????
