Hi,
Just bought a sony DAB unit from Halfrauds, it was actually cheaper than buying online by about 15 quid, but the lead I was told to buy wasn't the PC99 one, it was the PC2-05-4 one. There is also a big difference in price too. Not sure which one to buy...
Hi Scottynic
I found that the problem occured when I changed the brake pads and bled the brakes...... maybe something to do with fully depressing the pedal, combined with a slowly failing switch.
Hi Billy
I've got the same issue, and have done everything bar fit a new seal, which I have bought and is sitting in a big box in my living room, waiting to be fitted. Pricey, at 130 sheets, and I hope it cures the problem...................... :(
Then it could be a split hose........ lift the bonnet, rev the engine while listening, or get a friend to rev it while you listen, and see if you can pinpoint the problem.
Had the same issue with 2 warning lights on. Took the switch off, checked it for continuity, seemed fine. Replaced the switch, and adjusted as per manual (pull switch out as far as it will go, depress brake pedal, refit switch and allow pedal to set the switch to the correct height...... you...
Just waiting for a rear door seal to arrive, I had traced it to that. Thought it was the rear door shedder, replaced but not that. It only got wet in the boot locker when it rained, so it's definitely a seal issue. Hopefully this seal will do it..................wasn't cheap either!

My aircon is not functioning. The switch lights up when depressed, but no arctic air. I was going to get the gas recharged, but could it also be something else? Any prechecks before taking it to the garage?
Cheers
Crockett
I'd agree Will
Luckily I'm handy with tools, so will have a go at most jobs, and because it isn't crucial that the FL is running in order for me to do trips anywhere, I guess it makes it less of a burden.
But................ if it is your only mode of transport, then I could understand...
Pick a lemon, then? Sounds like you bought the whole orchard!! :)
Did you own it for long? Or were you unfortunate enough to buy it just as the clutch components failed?
Hi Skoda,
I think you'll find that two stroke oil, added to your fuel tank at every fill up, helps immensely. Search on here, you'll find the info you need :)
Hi Crossa
You sure you can't buy an adaptor to suit? It seems as though you're going about it the long winded route, although you'll certainly get to know your wiring!!
Oh I don't doubt the veracity of your comments, DD, and in time I may come back with the same opinion of the tyres, but I hope not!
Goodyear were always one of the better makes to have when I was growing up.......... maybe the production process and material choices have been compromised, or...
