Update when changing from 1st to second gear grates , up to 3rd and 4th ok, but changing down to 3rd it grates and 3rd to 2nd also, was wondering if simple or to replace box.

ive got a problem with my gearbox on my 90 does any 1 know where i can get parts from to sort it out as i can only get 2ed and 4th gear. or how easy is it to get a disco box to fit?

Thanks for reply ive looked at page 150 on rave and cannot work it out, the rear flange to drive pump dont secure to crank. In bits at moment.

Was wondering how the flange coming out the front of the oil pump attaches to the crank?because this seems to be free turning,the woodruff key was snapped so stripped down to see. It has two recessed like squares which attach into back of pump, how can this turn pump from the crank, Hope this...

H i removed fuse box and cleaned with electrical cleaner {not wd40},all seems ok, also swapped relays round one at a time,all fuses ok in fuse box and all under seat. Only thing not checked at moment is neg connection to ground from battery, only probs occured since cold weather ,however they...

Same problem mate , glowplug relay in box behind battery not opperative {its not the relay on mine} but its not switching ,,intermmitant glow plug connection showing on diagnostics test. Pointing to becm not talking to ecu So thought i could bypass, so wired relay so switches 12v via large feed...

Got air box o ring kit and diaphram comming, was wondering if the diaphram fits in the square box bolted to the compressor which pipe goes into?

Was thinking of taking out valve block and replacing seals, after depresurise is it ok just to pull of electrical connectors .reseal and replace or will it bring on fault anywhere? {Down on all fours in mornings} Was thinking also to replace diaphram. Cheers

Ok thanks for reply, no faults showing, on test equipment , all clear on electrical, door open so only fills tank and not working suspension,but takes about 15 mins for compressor to come on and when tank full all is ok all the time suspension is fine from then on, {should compressor be delayed?
