My TD5 has just hit 120k and is 11 years old.. no major problems look after it and it will look after you... :D Leaks a little in the rain from the roof area but think this is normal...

its the solenoid sticking duno if you can replace em thou :dizzy: You could try taking it off and giving it a fooking good clean...

were is that lynall The linkage all looked loose as well but i guess thats how its ment to be so it moves freely? Was expecting the worse with the transfer box to be honest, but all seems now ok thank you WD40!!! And the knocking when chaging gears has stopped, which is strange because this has...

Hello you wounderful people :D My td5 has developed a rattle well more like a vibration :eek: Its coming from the transfer box gear stick thingy, its really starting to do my head in now. If i put the slightest bit of pressure on the gear stick it stops, the box itself works fine selects...
