So does my bio-diesel powered Disco 200, this P38 is sluggish, and I dont know why??

Just bought a 97 P38, and I can't believe how sluggish it is, it struggles to reach 70/80. Sounds OK, and drives OK at lower speeds, any ideas???:confused:
