It's not anything to do with the Spring or shock is it? I had a metal clunk and a ding, turned out the shock, bushes and washers were knackered.

I'd love to do abit of work on my engine but haven't got the know how/tools or confidence to do it yet, just want to make mine as reliable as it can be for a 18year old lump. Hope everything goes smooth for you.

I'd rather pay more and get something decent, I'd even go as far as genuine LR parts of i can find all the right parts.
