Badgers work for monster energy and chips. But your a little far away! Welding upside down is possible with mig and tig, I was doing it todayy, but the mig splatter goes EVERYWHERE !! By the sounds of it I would budget 500 quids worth of welding or get someone on here mate

as i said mate,if you get all the steel you need,get all your rusty areas prepped up and ready,and ill come over one weekend well hit it hard and get it done! ive still got both front inner arches, and rear floor to rebuild from underneath so welding all day long is not a bother!

without running it through the load space there was no of doing side exit ,i didnt want to run it underneath the chassis legs! ill see how i go with it there,and if it dont work ill build it differently,

oxford fabrication are on staple hurst farm on the main staight through weston, regards to your wing, i would cut a strip the full length and a little bit wider then the wedest rust hole,then weld all the way around , unless the rest of the inner arch is shot, i would bother replacing the whole...

newest pictures guys, first two are my cable exit point for trailer electric socket, the next lot are the frame built behind the front seats to house the battery and the fuel tank and you can see where my fuel lines and my cable entry points are> check out my silver fuel tank ;)

i didnt pay for mine mate, i got them off a mate with a defender that brought2 inch extended ones,but i would pay more than 40 quid for a set as youll need to trim them anyway!
