Does anyone know why there is an inline resistor to the analogue clock on a defender and no other clock bulbs have one? Also I am trying to connect 4 new clock bulbs up and need to find the best way to do so. I don't want different multiple connections - just one really without melting any...

For some reason I have no lights on my temp and fuel gauges on my Defender 1997. The speedo lights work (different circuit i know) I've checked the fuses, but which one is for the instrument lights? The 2 fuses where it shows clocks seem OK. Drivin' me NUTS!! Thanks in advance
