In that case itd probably be fine. I was thinking along the lines of the blanks that I had fitted on my old Pajero which removed the EGR all together.

Thats my plan. As you say its only a 15 min job to swap them so its exactly what I plan to do come mot time if it becomes an issue.

Dont need to provide photos. Simple fact is that my no 3 injector wasnt functioning properly and it is now after running a bottle of injector cleaner through in 30l of fuel thats good enough for me! Before replacing the injector I thought id try adding a 500ml bottle of Wynns Diesel clean...

Glad to say a bottle of injector cleaner and a 200 mile trip seem to have sorted out the issue and its now running great
