Sorry but pick ups aren't vans either but are subject to the LEZ, as are minibuses, which also have to comply or pay to go into the zone. The LEZ goes by GVW, so if a landy is registered PLG, it will be fine, if it's got a revenue weight (Y on the V5) it will be in the LEZ's jurisdiction.

For what it will cost you to fit a low emissions exhaust, you might as well fit a V8 petrol and gas kit. Depending on how it's registered, yours might not be subject to it anyway. You can check here - Low Emission Zone – Compliance check by putting your reg in.
