It was only funny because it was on the money. You couldn't make it up! The telling part for me was that the Police Minister at the time stated when the book was debated in parliament that there was no way the author was in the police because none of that would go on! I don't have any bad...

Dufty, was reading your thread about Lands end to John o Groats. Its an amazing idea. Wish I'd had it. Just thinking out loud here. If you extended it to cancer research and Help for heroes you may get more support. Don't want to hijack your idea, just saw an opportunity to take this national...
