It's not smoke free it gives a grey haze as to be expected, only one exhaust box in the middle which is new. Egr is gone, pump dti timed and a good turbo boosting a full bar at the manifold. It does drive well, just seems a bit lazy to rev up.

I don't think it's Epsom I'm sure that's a metallic green as seen on CSW and nice Td5s. A May be wrong tho.

No mate it's actually a flap attached to the bulkhead that just hangs down behind the seat backrests. I'll try get a picture if it and upload it

Just removed my centre seat to fit a cubby box, and there's a large vinyl flap of some sorts attached to the bulkhead behind the seats. Anyone shed any light on what it's for? Seems a bit pointless but I'm guessing land rover fitted it for a reason?

Well you've narrowed it to no.3 cylinder. Heavy smoke would suggest injector is working, but maybe not correctly. A "visual" check won't show up a good or bad spray pattern or opening pressure. Swap no.3 injector for no.1 and see if the problem moves, or take all 4 for a test which s usually...
