Yep 200 prop, mine are disco axles, just need to swap prop flange on diff to a 4 bolt from the donut coupling. Plenty of kits out there that include the correct flange (different depths I believe) and the nut etc.

I've got 24 spline axles on an LT77, britpart rear prop, been good as gold for 12 months now.

I'm not specifically saying I want to do it cheap as such, more a case if worried about spending bilstien or heavy track money to then find it's exactly as you say, very firm indeed. A nice soft supple fast reacting shock is what I'm after I guess, something that will compress and rebound quick...

Well I've been looking at Koni heavy track, yellow bilstien or even cheap and cheerful pro comp. they're all supposed to be "off road" shocks but I'm not sure if the heavy tracks and bilstiens are more catered towards heavily laden vehicles or overlanders

Standard springs and shocks are bound to be better than what your used too, but I still find it far too hard for what I'd call "cross country" or general rough terrain. Fine for slow greenlanes but chasing up a field and then back down, it's bloody hard
