    Thanks both - That site is fab :) The motor is off and the lever will move freely now. I want this sorted once and for all - It's such a faff to get in there I dont want to have to do it too often!

    Our passenger side blend motor isnt working (It wasnt when we got the car but it wasnt a problem that it was stuck on HI in January!) Checked all fuses and relays - all are fine. Stripped out the passenger side to gain access. The lever wont move at all so we have removed the blend motor...

    Echo Keith - I have 2 permanant indentations on the top of my head from attempting to drive mine whilst on bumpstops with sunglasses on the top of my head! OUCH! :drama: It's a killer and utterly unforgiving over pot holes.....

    Ours was doing similar and it turned out that our driver had packed up. Replaced it with a used one and it's all been working fine since. Hope you sort it soon!
