Thanks both - That site is fab :) The motor is off and the lever will move freely now. I want this sorted once and for all - It's such a faff to get in there I dont want to have to do it too often!

Our passenger side blend motor isnt working (It wasnt when we got the car but it wasnt a problem that it was stuck on HI in January!) Checked all fuses and relays - all are fine. Stripped out the passenger side to gain access. The lever wont move at all so we have removed the blend motor...

Echo Keith - I have 2 permanant indentations on the top of my head from attempting to drive mine whilst on bumpstops with sunglasses on the top of my head! OUCH! :drama: It's a killer and utterly unforgiving over pot holes.....

We had similar problems and it turned out to be the driver..... Not sure of your location but if you are anywhere near Bedford then you are welcome to borrow our spare as a test.....

Ours was doing similar and it turned out that our driver had packed up. Replaced it with a used one and it's all been working fine since. Hope you sort it soon!

I just wanted to post a conclusion for anyone searching for something similar in the future. Diagnostics showed up that there was an ABS ECU fault. Cleared this, started teh car and it hasnt come back. Diagnostics chap thinks that a sensor had been knocked during the conversion. All running...
