Hello Everyone Just bought a 300tdi defender ive started having problems with it starting when you turn the key there is a second delay before the engine fires eventully after a couple of weeks of this the battery goes flat. Please tell me someone else has had this problem or is it just lucky...

It is not illegal to use bio diesel in your vehicle, but and there always is a but you do have to declare it to the C&E who will be happy to charge you a amount each month for the tax. I think it is something like 27 pence per litre used, but then again how do they know how much you have used

My brother has just bought a system which he is using to make bio diesel from used vegetable oil and he runs his iveco van on it 100% he reckons it has more power and runs alot quieter thats why ive bought a old 110 dont think i will put it in my Td5 just yet.
