Found the problem... we forgot to take off the small tubs on the tips of the pump and didn't see them since they were see thru plastic... also they ended up into the hose so it was even harder to find out why the pump and filter didnt get diesel!

Going to try today pump diesel thru, running out of options because car has to work for tuesday.

Possible some small debris went into it? Sadly the old filter is a bit destroyed so can not reuse it

Yeah I did. Just undid the fuel hose at the diesel filter and not much ran out as it did when I took the old one

No fuel pressure read out, have a diagnostic tool and both didn't give me a working number.
