Try to reset error... My D2 also sometimes gets that Error! But i' have Hawkeye:)

Did anybody tried to think something else than using such stupid filter that it has in stock? Cos i am so tired of dust in a car..... especially on windshield from inside. Want to change this somehow!

Auto transmission is much better on offroad then manual gear.... and as far as i know Zf's gearboxes are better then rover's manual's Anybody know, do propershafts on auto differ from manual gearbox?

why propshafts? i think transferbox is the same... so no need to change it. Centre console? is it different between auto and manual? if yes well it is cheap to buy. Pedal box yes of course ill need a new one. ECU, i think also yes. do i need to change flywheel?

Does anybody know what should i change if i want insert auto gearbox? Cos i found a good one from wrecked car. My car is d2 td5

So any achievments? mine is still hard to start after night, especially if tank nearly empty. I cannot complete all experiments with my D2, cos that weekend i broke front right halfshaft... so now car is in workshop waiting for a new halfshaft

Yeah lack of power... until turbo begins to pressure... MAF seems to be working good... i checked its data and it is from 55 to 600 depends on RPMs

And you insert back air bleed filter?

Chralesy. have you checked front fittings of fuel filter? i think there might be valve's also.

My mechanic told me that valve is placed in a tube closest to engine and frame so opposite one to tube 10

Charlesy this happens because now it is easy for fuel system to remove air. But after night due to gravitation fuel comes back to tank alowing air to enter. So you need to purge the system. My oppinion the problem is not only in that valve but also in a one way valve. Gonna chck it today and...

Excatly about that valve i've been talking... i think we need to remove it... there is no need in it. Because fuel system is a closed type, So air cant enter in it. Gonna remove it tomorow. Will write you results

Hybrid turbos is a different thing. It consists from different cool side and hot side. While vgt turbo changes geometry of wings of turbo depending on exhaust as i understand.

Hello! Last weekend was driving my TD5 in a snow about 0.6 metres... and well i think i need more low end power. Did anybody install VGT turbo? I've got chip tuning. But low end is still bad.... so VGT should improve it i think.

there is only a paper filter and a small hole.. nothing else. maybe you could try to make that hole bigger but then you dont need to remove that paper filter... How was your TD5 starting? did it cough and emmit white smoke?

Yeah. You are right shifty. Thats why i will reinstall valve back. But without paper filtr. That is getting cloged
