If you have the whole correct replacement sometimes it's easier to drill & split the old one, seems destructive but if its knackered anyway.....

You may find that at higher revs it vibrates like a road drill - thats the reason that there were no factory Rangie or Disco 200tdi auto's - the 300tdi is better suited to auto as it's smoother. I'd buy a manual g/box model if thats ultimately what you want - converting it will bring the final...
