Im with JP on that one two! Just learn the art of welding bodgery and sort it out your self, Im currently in the thick of welding my 97 Disco up for the MOT, New sills and extensive Floor pan work on the drivers side, bloody big holes!! Would explain why I got loads of water in the foot well...

Try Checking that your getting a voltage to that Glow plug if you are try changing your glow plugs, Altho I have to say I have a similar problem, and it wasnt ether of the above, think mines down to Valve stem oil seals? Hope that helps? SFB

Ive fixed a sodding great hole in my boost pipe! Reckon that might explain the lack of power ive been having! Lol! Goes like stink now, 0-60mph must be under half an hour now!!

It uses a little oil, not to much tho, uses more water and has lack of power, shes starting ok even running part veg (50/50) on a frosty morning, although I havent used any Veg for the last few tanks Ive put through it? when she does start first thing in the morning or if left outside work all...

I got a very similar problem with my 300tdi disco, mine is using a fair bit of water two, was think about doing the HG next week, will be keeping an eye this thread to see what everyone says?
