Is there away of pegging the flywheel or do I need the peg tool kit?

I have removed front plate now and looks like timing pulley needs to come off :-(

Hi my bottom pully bolt has fell out due to the pulley/damper being damaged my question is I need to remove the woodruff key so do I need to remove the timing pully as it seems to be on the pulley woodruff key???
